Damaged or Incorrect Items

- Reporting Timeframe: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Proof Required: Clear photos of the item and packaging must be provided
- Resolution: After verification, we will arrange a replacement or appropriate solution
Requests submitted beyond the stated timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.
Non-Returnable Conditions

Order Cancellation
